We are looking for a reliable and action-oriented Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management to support time management

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) with excellent customer service to grow business

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data to ensure company's organization

  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned to ensure goals are being met

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effective communication with internal staff and strong team player

  • Excellent multi-tasker that works well under pressure

  • Quick learner, tech-savvy and fully proficient in MS Office

  • Excellent proofreading skills with a strong sense of pride in one's work and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written with knowledge of how to construct proper external documents and strong telephone skills with an emphasis on customer service

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

  • General understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Ability to analyze and resolve numerical problems
